Trimeresurus vogeli

Trimeresurus vogeli is a species of pit viper primarily found in parts of Southeast Asia.

The specific name, vogeli, is in honor of German herpetologist Gernot Vogel.

They are known for their striking coloration and unique venom properties. These snakes are often found in forested areas and have a diet that mainly consists of small mammals and birds. Their venom can be potent and potentially dangerous to humans, so it's important to be cautious when encountering them in the wild.
